     This year, our engineers, unfortunately, can not provide installation service and on-site training in clients’ factories because of high risks of COVID-19. Therefore, we provide the tutorial videos and seamless verbal/email contact alternatively.
     So far, one of our clients is going to successfully finish the installation via our online videos and email contact although we did not go to their factories face-to-face. As a result, the client feels satisfied with this new type of service and makes two new orders of machines from us, recognizing our achievements on service transformation.
